I Feel So Old! My Youngest Nephew is Playing Bass!

Yep, I feel soooo old. My youngest nephew is playing the Electric Bass. You guessed it he's in a band. Don't you wish a time machine did exist? I sure do. I wish I could go back to my youth and do it again and hopefully right this time. His first "gig" is this weekend at a party. Can you guess who's driving them there? Yep, me I may be older but I'm hip and supportive. Well, at least I'm supportive. Hehe.

Adam Sandler What the Heck?

It seems like Adam Sandler's movies are getting worse and worse. I use to like his movies, but the last few years they've just been pretty bad in my opinion. What the heck happened? I thought he had a formula going there and then it just tanked. I really hope he gets his act together because I miss his GOOD movies.

Another Baby!!

Yep, my niece is having another baby or should I say twins!! Her mother and I decided that she needed a stroller. She's a jogger so we've been decided on the baby jogger city mini double stroller. It should be perfect for her and the new babies now all we have to do is plan the baby shower. As you can tell I love babies and two more to hold it's a win win for me!

"The Help" What a Awesome Movie!

I just finished watching the movie "The Help".  It was so good and sadly soo true. It's not like that now in the South or I haven't seen it but my grandmother did. She stood out because she didn't believe in treating people the way they took for granted in the South at that time. She was a transplant from the North so it was hideous behavior to her and she never endorsed it. I'm glad that we're past that mostly. All I can say is - women do not let a employer treat you like that no matter what your color is.

No Not Another Surgery!

My best friend is going to have Spine surgery Houston. It seems like she's had about a million surgeries already. Its been a really bad year for her. I don't know how she keeps her courage up. So I'm going there to be with her thru this. It's never easy when a friend or loved one is sick all you can do is be there and hope for the best.

Hubby Trying to Cover His Balding Hair With New Hair

My hubby decided the Friar Tuck wasn't working for him anymore (thank god). So he's been looking at hair growth formulas on ds laboratories revita. My thoughts on this are anything that will bring back a little hair or hey maybe we can take some of the gray hair off his chest and transplant it on his head? Anyway, I'm for anything as long as he ends up with more hair on his head. So everyone keep your fingers crossed.

Demi Moore out of the Hospital

Demi Moore apparently is out of the hospital. I haven't been able to find out if she's better but she's out.  I hope things go better for her now. Good Luck Demi.

Hot Flashes Oh My!

I am sooo tired of hot flashes. You feel like every night that your hair is on fire. I have to flip back the covers at least 3 times a night so I finally called the doctor. Hormone replacement therapy is what the doctor said. He gave me a prescription so I'm going to start on it tomorrow. I can't wait because my last hot flash is the last I hope I ever have!

I finally get to mark an item off my bucket list. I'm learning to play guitar. Oh yeah you heard me right play guitar. I've wanted to learn for a very long time and I just decided one day to do it. Why not now? What time is better? I'm sure you can guess I totally bite at it but at least I'm trying and more important I can mark it off my list!!
