Getting a New Receipt Printer Hopefully a Epson!

I talked to Laura today and she is so discussed with her receipt printer. It works then it doesn't work, then it works then it doesn't work and on an on. I told her that I was reading the on the internet that a thermal printer is better. The one I was reading about was the epson tm-t88iv. It's suppose to be faster printing, two color capacity and easier to use. I told her I didn't think the price was bad either for something that will get a lot of use. She's going to check it out so maybe I won't have to hear about it anymore!
