So talked with my cousin Rachel and she is looking for the best Plano Cosmetic Dentist. Her teeth really need some repair. Her ex husband was a beast, and really messed up her mouth and teeth by repeatedly punching her in the mouth. She is no longer with him or around him, but the damage that he caused is really now causing problems with her teeth. It has really affected the way she looks too. Luckily she has a great job as a pharmacist and has the money to have them repaired. Now all she has to do is find the right dentist.

Extreme Makeover, I love that show!

Doesn't everyone love Extreme Makeover? I love it when they help families that really need it. It usually makes me cry. Ty Pennington is so real along with all of the different designers they have working on the show. They really pick the right families to help. No wonder this has been on the air so long!

I'm Trying to Lose Weight!

Good god I don't know what else to do. I am trying and trying to lose weight, and it ISN'T GOING ANYWHERE! It is really true that the older you get the harder it is to lose weight. I'm eating veggies, grilled meat, fruit, and I lost like 2 pounds. What the heck! I guess I will have to find a good diet pill I just am not sure what else to try! I also worry about once I get it off how to keep it off. If anyone has any suggestions I'm all ears.

Alice in Wonderland Trailer Leaked Early on YouTube

Well Disney must have had a heart attack when they found out their Alice in Wonderland Trailer showed up on YouTube. It was supposed to be released tomorrow so someone leaked it early. Since it was only a day I would have left it up, but I would have found out who leaked it and canned their butts. All I can say is Disney evidently needs better security.

Dog Supplies for Tytan

My sister is looking online for a cheaper place to get dog medicine, collars, heart worm treatments, and general dog supplies. She said that it is just getting so expensive especially the heart worm treatments. I told her that Laura bought a lot of her dog supplies online already. If she finds a good site I told her to let me know so I can buy some items too.

Don't go Gambling, the Machines are Tight!

We went gambling over the weekend and I couldn't believe how tight the slot machines were. You couldn't win if you tried. Usually my brother in-law always wins but he couldn't win either. I guess it is because of the economy but I'm not sure. The problem is it just makes me not want to gamble. So who are they hurting by tightening the machines? I think only themselves.

Trying out different Skin Care Products

I have started using a facial scrub and a mint julep mask to help remove some of the dead skin. Some of the other skin care products I am also trying are a toner, and a facial lotion that have salicylic acid in them. I can't use the lotion in all places just on my cheeks and neck. It's a little too harsh sometimes though, so I'm thinking about trying the Murad anti-aging skin care products. My sister uses them and loves them. I'll let you know how I like them.

Temperatures over 100 Degrees!

It has been really hot here in Kansas. The last week or two it has been at or over 100 degrees everyday. It really makes me want to stay inside. Of course, my grass is trying to die along with my flowers. We water them but good god it's HOT! I think I will just go stay in my sisters pool.

I have to lose some weight. My friend is trying to lose weight too, and she bought some over the counter appetite suppressant pills. The problem is they are made from herbs. I have trouble with some herbs so I am hesitant to try the kind she has. I think I just need to research which are the best diet pills. I can take the ones with green tea so I might try that kind.

Michael Jackson's Memorial Service did You Watch?

Did anyone what Michael Jackson's Memorial Service on TV? I just can't imagine selling tickets to a memorial service. I thought that was really for family and friends. Has anyone heard of anyone else doing this? I heard that the show/memorial service was really good, but all I can say is I wouldn't want my funeral turned into a circus.

Time for New Breeches Good Grief!

I tell you my husband goes through breeches faster than anyone I've ever met! So I'm going to have to go shopping AGAIN! I just bought him shorts about 3 weeks ago and he has already torn the seat out of two of his older pairs. How can one man be so hard on pants and shorts? I swear he never grew up. It's still like dressing a kid!

Tired of being Taxed!

Well our city has raised our taxes again to support a new swimming complex. We really didn't need it and I'm getting really tired of all the taxes we are paying locally and federally. They are going to tax us right out of our houses and lives. Does anyone know how to start a revolution??

Should I buy a XBox?

I am trying to decide whether I would play enough on it to purchase a XBox. I love to play games, but most of the time I play them on the computer. They say that a lot of the XBox games are really cool, but do I really want to spend the money? Yeah, I think so now I just have to convince my husband. Ya know.

Is Ephedrine good?

I was reading about diet pills. One I read about is ephedrine. I think their is a lot of controversy about whether it is good for you or not. I really think it couldn't hurt you if you don't over use it. I really haven't tried it. I just think everyone should do some investigation before they try anything new. That way you know whether it's right for you. Everyone has to make their own choices. Just try to do some research so you can make wise ones.

Sarah Palin Resigns as Governor

Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin abruptly announced Friday she is resigning from office at the end of the month. I wonder if she is tired of all the garbage that has been thrown her way or if she is going to run for presidential office. Her staff isn't giving out any information as to her future plans. I really hope she runs because I will vote for her!!

Diet Supplements good or bad?

OK as you know I am considering taking some diet supplements so I can lose some weight. My question is what is the best diet supplement? I need one that helps me lose weight but has no harmful side effects. I also need on that doesn't put me in the poor house. So many of them brag about how wonderful they are, but does anyone have any experience with any of them? Do you know of any that can't hurt you? What would you suggest? I am open to all suggestions.

Michael Jackson Memorial Service or Circus??

I was very sorry to hear about Michael Jackson, and I feel sorry for his family it has to be completely overwhelming. They say up to a million people are on their way to pay their respects to Michael Jackson. I know everyone loved him, but I personally think it is disrespectful to turn his burial into a media circus. Isn't a funeral about closure for family and friends? I think it would be more respectful to donate to his favorite charity or whatever the family would deem appropriate.

Diet Pills I just don't know...

I am soooo tired of being fat. Of course I'm older so it makes it even harder to lose weight. I have hesitated in the past to use diet pills. I mean will they work? Do you have to take them forever? Are they good for you? I have been searching online for healthy diet pills made out of natural ingredients, but I am sensitive to a lot of different herbs so I'm not sure what I can or can't take. The only way I guess is trial and error. Anyone have any suggestions??

What in the world is going on that they are selling tickets to Michael Jackson's memorial service? I personally think that is just sick. Who the heck is getting the money from this? The way they made, and are making millions off of Elvis I guess they will do the same thing to Michael Jackson. How sad is that.

What is the best wrinkle cream to buy?

OK I have to admit that the wrinkles are just starting to get the better of me. I HATE wrinkles. I have been using a wrinkle cream already, but it doesn't seem to be working which is really bumming me out. How the heck do you stay looking nice when you are in your fifties? I want so much to at least not look like one of those dogs with all the wrinkles so now I'm on the search for the best wrinkle cream. Anyone have any suggestions??

4th of July Tea Party

My husband went to the tea party in our town today. He said they are getting more and more people at these tea parties which is a good sign that people are already getting feed up with the crazy government we have right now including Obama. I am for ANYTHING that will get him and his crazy associates out of office. I told my husband that I am going to do all I can to help this movement.
