Treadmill or Elliptical? Which to Chose?
It is time to start exercising. I need to do something. So I've decided to buy a piece exercise equipment. I have been looking at treadmills and ellipticals, and I truly can't decide what to buy. I am sort of leaning toward the elliptical machine, but I'm just not sure. They both have the same advantages and gizmo's. The money is comparable also. I guess I will just have to think on it.

Michael Jackson's Autopsy Photo? Good Grief!
I can not believe people are searching on the Internet for photos of Michael Jackson after his death. Are these people sick or what. Do they not have any respect for the dead? No matter who he is EVERYONE deserves respect when they die, and I mean EVERYONE! All I can say is some people need to get a life.

Looking for a Motorcycle jack
My husband has to do a overhaul on the motorcycle, so we need to find a motorcycle jack. I went to www.discountramps.com and found several different kinds of jacks that are available. I told my husband to buy a good jack, but not the most expensive. He did go and look at some of the stores around here, but we haven't found anything so far.

Michael Jackson has died End of a Era!
I saw on the news yesterday that Michael Jackson had died. It's like when Elvis Presley died. It is truly an end of an era. He had admitted in court that he did have a drug problem. I think now they are trying to deduce whether it was a drug overdose or not. He suffered from cardiac arrest. My prayers are with the family.

Working out with my Kettlebell
I finally broke down and got a Kettlebell the other day. For the first few days I just did arm lifts with it, but decided that I should do a Kettlebell workout. I went to the kettleworx.com website and ordered the KettleWorx Essentials package. I haven't received it yet, so I'm anxious to try it. I looked online, but didn't really find any other workouts using the kettlebell. So now I'm just waiting, waiting, waiting.

Billy and Katie Lee Joel are Divorcing
I read in the news today that Billy and Katie Lee Joel are getting a divorce. They have been married nearly five years. It says that it will be a amicable split. It's too sad when this happens. I've been married for 16 years, and it's something you have to work at.

Do we need a Wireless Alarm?
They have been having a rash of home break ins here in my city lately. It really makes me wonder if it's finally time for us to invest in a wireless alarm. I think the house would feel more secure. I have four cats, and I really don't want anything to happen to them. I love my babies. I really haven't checked to see what it costs yet, but does it really matter when it comes to my families safety? I think not. I'm going to call on Monday.

Where does everyone get their Coupons?
I have found a couple of websites to get some coupons, but I read all the time on the Internet where people don't pay hardly anything for their groceries. How the heck do they do that? Either they are better shoppers than me or something. There must be a secret to it because I haven't figured it out. If anyone could give me some tips of where to look or how to do it I would be forever grateful. I would just like to be a someone who could do this too.

Beautiful Chandeliers Which to Chose?
I wanted to get a new chandelier for my dining room, so I went looking at them yesterday. There were tons of chandeliers. So many that I really couldn't decide which one I liked best. I want one that gives off a lot of light, but isn't too fancy. I like the fancy ones, but they really don't go with my decor. I want pretty and simple the problem is there are about 30 choices. So I'm going to think about it, and probably think about it some more until I decide which one's the best or I get one of those clouds of inspiration over my head. Haha

Are you Laid Off? What are you doing Now?
So many have been laid off in the last months it's awful. I was just wondering if you've been laid off what are you doing now? Have you found another job? Gone out on your own, and started a business? Are you on unemployment? Have you made plans for the future? How is the layoff affecting your family? What are your thoughts on how the economy is going? Are you scared, worried? These are a lot of vital questions and a lot of time people don't get to talk about how they feel so tell me.

Personalized Totes Bags a Great Way to Stay Green!
Okay so I have been trying to be more green. Instead of using plastic bags at the stores I have been taking my own tote bags. It's been working out pretty good too. Then the other day I realized I had the same tote as about a zillion other people. That's when I decided to check out some personalized tote bags. I was searching the Internet and there are some really cute ones! I figure if your are going to use it all the time then you might as well have one that follows your own personal style. Now I just have to decide which one I want!
So Sick So Young
I heard some really sad news today. One of my friends son contracted a illness that I guess primarily strikes young men. It has a name about a mile long so if anyone knows what it is please let me know. Anyway if he lives he will probably have a damaged heart. He is in his 3rd year of college isn't that sad. I hate to hear when young people are hurt or ill. All my prayers are with the family I really hope he comes out of it.

TV Wall Mount, I hope the wall holds!
My husband is putting up a TV wall mount today. It kind of makes me nervous. Yes TVs are thinner now, but they still have some weight to them. I worry about the wall holding the TV. I sure hope my husband knows what he's doing. He said he knew how to install one, and usually he does a good job. So I guess the best thing to do is keep my fingers crossed!

Ghost Adventures Spooky Last Night!
I watched Ghost Adventures last night, and it was just weird. I mean what was up with Zack. Was he possessed? And if so how did he get rid of it? I don't understand why that boys home was any more haunted than any other place they have been to? I mean that one former hospital had over 10,000 people die there. Is it because it was kids? I don't know, but it freaked me out.

Is HGH a miracle supplement?
I read an article today that HGH is a kind of miracle supplement. Evidently your HGH levels start dropping after the age of 30 which increases signs of aging. I am going to do some serious research about this on the Internet. If it's natural and won't hurt you I think I'll give it a try. What does my body got to lose? If I can slow down the signs of aging so I can stay feeling well I'll do whatever it takes.

Oregon getting thunderstorms Join the Club!
I saw on the news today that Oregon is getting some really severe thunderstorms. All I can say is join the club. This time of year we get lots of severe thunderstorms as well as tornadoes. We live in tornado alley so this isn't a great time of year for us. I hope it doesn't get too bad for them. I'll keep my fingers crossed.
