Middle aged, and I have acne??

I don't know what is going on. I have all of a sudden this past week broken out with zits. I have about 10, can you imagine! I am middle aged, and now I have acne! I went to the store to see what acne treatments they offered. Good Grief! Who knew! There are about a bazillion choices. I finally just picked one. I hope it works. I never had acne as a kid. This is just embarrassing.
