Halloween what is your Costume going to be?

I already know what I am going to wear, but my friend just can't decide. She said she wanted to go as a french maid, but the costume is kind of skimpy. Kind of? Your lucky if the skirt covers your butt. I told her she might as well wear a swimsuit, and go as a swimsuit model ya know? She said she might go as a sexy kitty. My question is how do you come up with a costume for that?
